BUTT AND REMODELING

We must remember that the buttock or buttocks are made of fatty tissue and muscle tissue, especially two muscles: the gluteus maximus and gluteus minimus. And they will be part of the body areas that cause attraction because of its shape and beauty.

The gluteoplasty is a relatively new procedure that involves the growth and remodeling of the shape of the buttock or buttocks, there are generally two ways to perform this procedure, one is through the injection of fat and the other is the placement silicone implant.

INCREASED FAT INJECTION
It involves injecting the fatty tissue of the same person, we have found that fat after liposuction or aspiration of fatty tissue at the abdomen, back, edges, legs and so on., This fat is chosen more compact or concentrated and is injected in the buttocks, through a thin cannula (special needle) between the gluteus maximus and minimus, ie forming a submuscular permanent fat deposit that acts depending on the amount injected, reshaping the buttocks and giving it a more round up, and if greater than the injected fat will not only lift the buttocks but will enlarge significantly. The amounts vary from 300 cc to 1000 cc or 1 liter. The result is spectacular and has the advantage that rejection will not happen because it is the fatty tissue of the same person.

INCREASE WITH SILICONE IMPLANTS
Silicone implants for buttocks are somewhat similar to breast implants, but larger and flattened, resembling the shape of the buttocks. This procedure is used in cases where the person has very little body fat and gluteal muscles are poorly developed, then the possibility of injecting fat is very small.

This procedure is performed through an incision or cut is performed on the depression separating the buttocks, or online cleft, about 5 to 7 cm. Once the incision is formed in a pocket or space in which each buttock implants were placed, that is below the gluteus maximus, and then stitched with internal issues for the scar is invisible.

For the surgery to be performed all laboratory tests and cardiac evaluation for suspected patients must be healthy.

This procedure is ambulatory, meaning that you do not need days of hospitalization, regional or epidural anesthesia and the duration of the surgery depends on the amount of fat that we will withdraw in liposculpture, varies from 2 to 4 hours. The patient then two hours after surgery can go home and follow the directions of relative rest and take medication to prevent pain and inflammation.
